So you would like to get about 10% income from the house price before any taxes, repairs, etc.? Or 120K price for 1K per month rental, 240K for 2K per month? Or are you thinking about even more lucrative deal? Would like to see some hypothetical numbers from your side, so we can judge how far we are from value investors bottom in housing. ;)
