I think it's critical for Ramtron to secure itself in the smart card and pc market first, then it'll better prepare for the cell phone market. At the same time, it's interesting to see the possibility of the integration between watch and cell phone (including smart phones). FRAM or nv memory should be a good fit for watches, I noticed a 2004 press release that Prim'Time Technology is using FRAM in its communicating wristwatch for Children.
