Charles:
On page 21 of the 10Q..8-19-96 It shows 1,300,000 shares of series K
stock sold for $6.9 mil ..also it does not give the conversion rate.
It would seem odd that the company would sell a controlling interest
for this amount of money.. I addressed this in my letter to Gary
hopefully he will give a response....(your list showed 500,000 shares
of series K) Someone from TWT most of had some cash and desired a more
controlling interest????
