Heavy share dilution all over the place"""" Not so long ago if you had 40 mil shares OS your company couldn't do chit all and you need a rollback,today its a paper chasing game it seems,the more paper the better and some companies are raking the coals around them with all this new paper crap.At some point in time the paper issue will become a huge problem again
