Plus by bringing to national attention the whole noose thing, you've told the racists exactly how to offend. Kind of like, "OMG, this stinks! Here, smell it!" but with much worse implications.

Dud! The noose is a racist symbol that dates back to Reconstruction times. It wasn't invented in Jena. These kids knew exactly what they were doing. The tree was a white's only tree.......the blacks wanted to integrate it. Hence the nooses. I suggest you stop playing the Tom. You are beginning to look silly.



I'll ask you the same question I've been asking Ted. If this were six white kids beating up a black kid for some racial act, what would you say?

And I will repeat what I said to you previously.........they deserve punishment but not life in prison.
