I hoard stuff -g- The way the economy goes depends on the Fed.
If they decide to protect the dollar all of a sudden at some
point, we'll see a deep recession for a while. If they continue
to do what they are doing, the dollar fall will likely
accelerate. We may see 40 on USDX in a relatively short
period of time (a few years), just like Bill predicted.

I can't see them drastically raising rates at this point,
rather, the opposite. Thus, more inflation, and more dollar
fall until inflation gets the housing out of trouble. The
danger is the market imposing much higher rates on its own,
due to declining currency. That's what I would call a classic
Argentina-type currency crisis. Not happening so far.
