If longs are referencing past posts in relationship to the filings in the Chapter 11 case then lets consider this poster and his/her history concerning PLNI over the past 2+ years including the latest action/post. You have to ask the question, "Is this his/her job description"?

This poster appears to be a low level copy and paste information distributor and attack dog. Apparently has the task of reading all posts (bearclaw51),(rrm_bcnu), (DTL) and others dissembling them, and pasting to Raging Bull and Atomic Bob's. Some references to this poster have suggested a female identity.

Longs...This might be the time to let your feelings about what's been going on the past 2+ years known to the proper authorities. In the filings are addresses and phone numbers of the Trustees and the Judge.

You have to ask yourself has this been a hostile takeover all along and has there been collusion with others? Read the filings closely and go back and browse the boards. Do you think the answers may be there? Do the early filings resemble posts on RB, SI and here? Who were those posts by and does that say anything about what may have happened?

If there was fraud by anyone at Plasticon we would have known by now. The Trustee and the Court would have taken action IMO.

So if there was fraud but not by Plasticon...then by who?
