Yes, that's a scary read and it makes perfect sense. When things are going reasonably well, apathy rears its ugly head. That's when those same "things" start getting ignored, taken for granted, or, worse, taken advantage of. Hopefully, we will cycle our way through this and be stronger on the other side.
