Institutional investors increasing position. 48% institutional holdings , 22,299,097 Shares outstanding. Yesterday at $1.03 was a smoking buy IMHO. It won't fall below the dollar mark,Barclay, B of A and Timons will see to that. My gut say's we go to 2.00 a share short term then with announcement we should see a range 3.00 to 5.00. messages.finance.yahoo.com
