Commander - sold the CNQ Dec $80s for $0.90. Hated to do it, but I figured that we are in a pretty severe correction phase. A run up to $80 from here is a 12% gain in a month.

Someone around here warned against basing investment decisions on tax consequences. I see the wisdom and logic. I never thought that CNQ would drop so hard. Still the three drivers: crude, Loonie, and broad market have each been reversed - so why be surprised.

Crude is rallying nicely. I think there will be at least one round of selling by the weak hands who are scarred white and want to get out on the bounce.

That $0.90 is still another 1% I didn't have before. Little strokes fell might oaks.
