The stock has been going straight down since May and if we ignore the April spike up, its really been heading down since April 2006! It makes some sense that eventually it will reach a bottom and that could be right here but there is nothing in the chart (that I see at this moment) which would suggest this is the bottom. Small caps are being tossed out with the bathwater in the current market environment, so one should be open to more downside. Having said this, it sure looks like a great buy here.
