I know he is, as am I. But government has never solved anything and they are preventing us presently from solving the problem. It's the government that is preventing us from getting our oil in the Gulf and in AK. It's the government that has made it impossible to build any type of power plant at this stage. So I am not in favor of the government funding some NASA style adventure that is not only not going to solve the problem but would exacerbate it by building a whole new level of bureaucracy.
