I'm not positive but from the way it's been presented to me RMTR gets royalties through their triparlate agreement with Racom. Racom licensed TI if I remember right. They had rights to 5 licenses for FRAM in RFID-FRAM chips. From what I understand Racom's part was done and all they had left to do was collect royalties. While there is much disagreement on this in the past I still show shares of my RCOM/NSTH shares in my account. I also know at one time Newstate Holdings aka Racom tried to erase the Colorado address from it's filings but was told they can not.
