My response was based on the fact that this company is pretty small in terms of other software companies. If the price is reasonable and if their technology dominant, in an emerging/growing software sector, some one (could be any co. who wants to get into that business) will make a play because that will be a quickway to get into the business. And don't forget when the deal is a share swap, in this market place, the acquiring company is paying with inflated assets anyway. As to when this might happen, who knows.
