I used a new recipe the other day for pork chops. Salt and pepper them. Then heat oven to 450. Heat a skilit to med-high heat and cook the chops 3 minutes per side. Put in pan that has been heated in the oven. Turn at 4 minutes and take out at 8 minutes. Makes 'em nice and tender and juicy. (this is for the thicker chops, bone in or out)
