ORDER AUTHORIZING TRUSTEE TO EMPLOY WALTHER, ROARK, GAY & TODD, PLC AS ATTORNEY FOR TRUSTEE
Upon the application of Stephen Palmer, trustee of the estate of the above-named debtor(s), for authority to retain Jonathan L. Gay as attorney for the trustee to assist the trustee in filing legal pleadings and representing the trustee in various hearings and it appearing that no notice need be given, and no adverse interest having been represented, and it further appearing that the said attorney is an attorney duly admitted to practice in this Court, and the Court being satisfied that said attorney represents no interest adverse to the trustee or the estate of the debtor(s) in the matters affecting the administration of the estate, that such employment is necessary and would be to the best interest of the estate, and that the case is one justifying an attorney, it is
ORDERED, that Jonathan L. Gay be, and hereby is, authorized and empowered to serve as attorney for the trustee to do such work as appears beneficial to the unsecured creditors in this case.
