Ilan,

I've owned WSTE since August of '95.....and I cringe to
recall what I first paid for it! Having accumulated more
as it wended its way south, I'd be thrilled with a buyout
at two-and-a-half bucks. I'd say "Don't hold your breath,"
but we *are* dealing with a solid waste disposal company,
right?
