It doesn't want unanimity. It wants the media to quit the pretense that this is an issue which is debatable, or has 2 sides, in the name of equal time. They don't give flat earth folks equal time, they don't give Holocaust deniers equal time, they don't give pedophiles equal time.
A handful of scientists, mostly non-climatologists (Gray is a meteorologist, the vaunted Coleman just a weatherman) , aided by an entire denial industry, doesn't deserve the same consideration as all the scientific academies in the world.
