This weeks games...
Ben Roethlisberger: Mia is in trouble. Ben should have a great bounce back game. They play at home, and Mia probably won't like the cold too much. Even without Holmes, I think he'll be able to put up some good numbers.
Justin Fargas: He should get 20+ touches, KC is ok against the run. I think he can still have a decent game.
Selvin Young: I think he'll play. He is dinged but I read that it wasn't that bad. I'm thinking Henry won't be able to play this week again. If I think they might split carries, then I'll put in Gore.
Deion Branch: They're playing Stl. They should do well. I think Alexander is still out, so they should be a pass happy offense for another week. I might bench him and start Nate Washington if I pick him up...to get double points with Big Ben.
Brandon Marshall: Chicago Def as last year. I think Cutler should be able to throw against them, so he should have another solid game.
Randy Moss: I'm hoping he is going to have another great game. No one has been able to stop the Pats, so I don't this week will be any different.
Dallas Clark: He should have a decent game against Atl. He got a lot of targets last week. For whatever reason they weren't converted. I think last week was a fluke.
Rob Bironas: Cin def isn't that good. Ten should be able to move the ball, so with his range, he should get plenty of chances.
Patriots DST: Phi offense is in trouble. McNabb hurt, and maybe a back up QB starting. They cause enough confusion for the healthy starting QBs. I'm thinking with a hurt starting QB or a back up, they should be able to shut them down. If they can stop Westbrook it will be a long game for Phi fans. The Pats, might have a game plan of going up big early thus limiting the effectiveness of Westbrook, making the back up or injured QB hurt them.
Bench...
Frank Gore: I'll play him if Young is hurt or is going to split carries with Henry. Otherwise, he's on my bench until SF can prove that they have snapped out of the funk. SF hired another offensive coach to help them out...I hope it works.
Travis Henry: I'm thinking he'll ride the pine again this week with his injury. He might even get suspended. If he is healthy, I may think about starting him, but I doubt it.
Laurence Maroney: After that 7 carry game, I'm not too confident on him getting a good game. He said he didn't leave the game with an injury, only because it was a blow out. When is there going to be a game that isn't a blow out? Maybe against Pit...I'll start him.
Ronald Curry: I thought about dropping him for Nate Washington on an outside chance that Nate steps up like I think he can. I probably won't start Curry this week again, and if they change QBs, I won't start him then either. He is the 1st person I'll drop...maybe for Washington or a back up QB...Cambell is available.
Javon Walker: They say that he might play this week, and will participate in full practice. I'll probably let him play a game before I start him, unless, I think he'll go off no matter what.
Kevin Walter: I thought he'd do better against NO. This week he goes against Cle. It might be a shoot out, which would be good for Walter's numbers. Not to mention Eric Wright is out...so Hou should be able to throw the ball no problemo.
We shall see what happends...this week should be close, as my opponent beat me week 1...playoffs for my league start next week!!!
Best of Luck,
