Such lockboxes were invented, used - and eventually abused by the socialists in Europe a long time ago. Have you ever heard of the 100-150% car taxation in Norway and Denmark? Add to that the VAT of 20-25%... That was a "temporary" special tax introduced back in the late '50s lockboxed against their lack of $$$$ and guess what: It never went away. Just one of many examples. The socilist nature is to tax higher and thus gain more control. Eventually you tax 100% (supported by Ted) and gain total control. Taro
