Do you even know how Lindzen's views on Global Warming have been changing with time? He is grudgingly coming around. He won't get any medals for being last to understand things either. Honors go to the first to spot and explain trends, not the last. That is the difference between Hannsen and Lindzen. One of those two made predictions when nothing was obvious, and he is being proven correct. The other has been saying duh, I don't think so, duh, maybe, duh, I guess so... duh, gee, who could have foreseen this. Kind of like your hero Bush said about Katrina. Well, some people do foresee things correctly, because they use their brains.
