The Democratic presidential candidates lashed out today over revelations that President Bush and other high ranking administration officials misled the public about their direct involvement in leaking CIA operative Valerie Plame's name If this is true, then the American President stood in front of the people, looked them in the eye, and lied! It is hard to imagine McClellan would say this if it wasn't true. The look in the eye and lie thing is exactly what Clinton did. The difference is that Clinton's lie was about an insignificant dalliance. The Bush lie was about dragging the country into a war. steve
