Amazing the panic.....just amazing. SPX was so overbought in 2007. Like profit taking is not to be expected......not to mention the run in emerging markets. 1350 and we test the lower regression channel and that is STILL BULLISH. The banking indexes are so far from there normal regression points - we are going to see a massive counter rally.....in banking. S&P Bank index target 268 - has been met. Short? Oh that is right, this index is going to 0. Start shopping long in next week or so, bargains galore for the coming counter rally. Look at this new China IPO, NED, taken to the woodshed, they do 90M in revenues, or 40% growth, 2 plus a share cash and trading in the 6s. UFB LOL West
