Mitt Romney seems to have his very own Willie Horton. Not Mitt's issue. Looks like you can blame Judge for releasing the guy on his own recognizance. Expect that O'Reilly will be all over this. He makes it a point to hammer judges who let hardened felons out on the streets with low bail or short sentences. This was a particularly callous and brutal murder. Apparently, the guy claimed he was owed $50. Shot the husband in the face because he felt disrespected, then put a bullet in the back of his head. Shot the wife as she tried to flee. I expect Pierce County prosecutors to go for the death penalty. Edit: It appears the Judge who released the guy is a Romney appointee (MA Judges are appointed, not elected). mass.gov
