Not Mitt's issue. Looks like you can blame Judge for releasing the guy on his own recognizance.

Expect that O'Reilly will be all over this. He makes it a point to hammer judges who let hardened felons out on the streets with low bail or short sentences.

This was a particularly callous and brutal murder. Apparently, the guy claimed he was owed $50. Shot the husband in the face because he felt disrespected, then put a bullet in the back of his head. Shot the wife as she tried to flee.

I expect Pierce County prosecutors to go for the death penalty.

Edit: It appears the Judge who released the guy is a Romney appointee (MA Judges are appointed, not elected).
