Clinton's mentor, Fulbright, and Gore's father were opposed to civil rights. Does that make Clinton and Gore racist? He chose an Interior secretary, James Watt, who bragged that he had appointed to an advisory group "a black . . . a woman, two Jews, and a cripple." Damn, bragging about diversity. What a racist. Reagan wanted to cut the school lunch program, calling ketchup a vegetable What does that have to do with racism. Besides ketchup is made of tomatoes and is more likely to be eaten by kids than brussels sprouts, say. , and spun lies about "welfare queens." What lies? There have been abuses of welfare. Reagan was silent for years on AIDS. Again this has nothing to do with race. BTW did you know 75% of the NIH budget now goes for AIDS programs? Way too high in my opinion. He tried to get tax exemptions for racist Bob Jones University. Who cares. He originally opposed the Martin Luther King holiday before signing it into law. So what? Its not allowed to question making a new holiday? .... Okay, I've given this nonsense too much attention. You liberals hate Reagan and will do anything to sully his memory. If Reagan was a racist, why did he pick Colin Powell as his National Security Advisor?
