hi JT, you are right that there is no revenue/hoopla over the wrist phone stuff for Ramtron. I was just fantasizing how convenient it would be to wear a wrist phone, at the same time not worry about charging or lost data.

Some of the excitement factors for cell phones over the past decade are CDMA, Razr, Smartphone, iPhone... etc. What is it going to take to see a cell phone with FRAM inside? How much benefit can FRAM bring to the bottom line for a company? Is 4 or 8 MB enough? Anyone's insight into this is greatly appreciated!

It seems like FRAM is ideal for cell phones if we use it to make payment transactions, because of the need to transact data quickly, securely, often, and recover from crashes. Hopefully we'll get to see further development in Asia and Europe in the near future, it just doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon in North America.
