I fail to see a connection of proportions. Not being able to borrow more money at low price is not the same as saying that the existing financing is at risk, and a small suspension of interbank trade doesn't seem to compare to the devaluation of the American economy that is happening. The falling dollar has reduced the value of the nominal American GDP by 100 billion Euro in just a few days. My point is, that the falling dollar seems to create damage in a totally different scale than this suspension, during the same time span.
