So if Fitz had all this supposed documentation, why was the only charge perjury? Outing a NOC is a crime, after all.

But then Fitz knew ten minutes into his investigation that it was Armitage who had leaked her name to Novak, so no use to pursue that route....

This is all known and public. The soi-disant 'reality based community' just denies it because they don't want it to be true. They just KNOW that Rove and Libbey outed Plame. Has to be true! Has to be true!
