LIAR. Bush's deficits are ballooning. The 60% and increasing fall in the dollar proves this. The #1 reason why the dollar falls is deficit spending. Bush delivered a triple whammy to the US balance of payments, cutting taxes wildly on the very rich and big corporations, cutting back on enforcement against tax cheats and spending beyond any former president's wildest dreams, plus letting huge corporate crony interests rip off the US consumer for trillions on his watch.

You are not just a liar, you are either totally stupid or totally corrupt. Take your pick. The dollar doesn't fall 60% UNLESS Bush's deficits are wildly out of control, and the USA Today headline article months ago clearly stated Bush's deficits are 500% more than he's admitting. Enron accounting pure and simple.
