You may be right, but I find the changes in regulations
removing barriers to shorting suspicious. One was in July (no
uptick), one in October (no curbs), right before the current
10% correction. How do you get more money
in money markets that need them most if nobody wants to put
money there or has has the money? How do you get 30-
year rates to move much lower? Is the PPT shorting? <g>
