Actually he is putting his money where his mouth is. Your own post pointed out he only wins if the AGW forecast is met. If he really thinks warming vs. cooling is 50-50, then why does he not take even odds based around 0 deg C increase? He doesn't want to gamble. His odds then would be only 50-50. Why bother?
