Oh come on now Dipy. Let's get real here. You're comparing LSI to ASND? Semi to Networking? That's just comparing apples to oranges. Probably a better example is ASND and AMAT!

Just remember this folks. COMS! When it reached $24 early this year, nothing looked worse. COMS was in a total free fall. Then what happened? It finally bottomed and rallied back hard. Climbed back to a high $59 5/8 if I remember correctly. And the biggest blow? When COMS went to $24, ASND made it to $38 as the absolute LOW before going back up again. Now compare: COMS $55 and ASND $33. Totally unreal. ASND will get back up again. There is NO way ASND and COMS can diverage this much.

Granted, ASND has seen better days, but this is nothing like LSI. Networking will have a LONG, LONG way to go before it becomes a matured market with stagnant growth.

<<<Anyway, that didn't happen. So we'll never know! From there, LSI kept going down and down
(and down!) until it went all the way to 17 (so, only my eyes and nose were above water!).
Today, two years later, it is at 30 or so. No, it didn't split anywhere! It just got a nice hair-cut!
And keep in mind that LSI was never as overvalued as ASND was. Heck, ASND is probably
more overvalued now than LSI was at 62 1/2 !

Once we go to the doghouse, we will stay there a long, long time. So be prepared to do without
electricity and running water for another year and a half at least! After that, who knows? Maybe
we'll get used to it by then! :-)>>>>
