I'm not going searching for you. But I'm sure it was said, I think by Sanjay, that no company has submitted more proposals to the LTE standard that have been accepted, than Qualcomm. The more impacting issue with LTE is the proposed cumulative royalty cap attendant to it, making the entire pie smaller, not Qualcomm's lack of contribution.(Except for single mode LTE products, that cap would be irrelevant.) I suggest you read the cc's for the past 4 quarters, the most recent annual meeting, and last year`s London Analyst Day,or write IR to get a sense of Qualcomm's contribution to the LTE standard. You are also welcome to dismiss my comment as message board fantasy. I know what I heard from management, and I have no intention of doing the research to document it. Happy Thanksgiving.
