HOPEFULLY,this is the breakout I've been waiting for. Perhaps this rich severence agreement is behind them and now the analysts will come on board and follow it. Splits attract a special type of attention. There are even paging services that alert investors to any splits. New institutional support will help. The close above 20 is a major technical indicator, but will see how the followthrough takes place today.
