We'll just have to agree to disagree. I can't imagine any cop anywhere just letting a guy drive off after not complying with the cops orders. The cop had a Taser on him, what did he THINK was going to happen? He was a moron. The cop may have been an authoritarian idiot as well, many cops ARE, but he was the one that had the authority and was ARMED. If you're white and middle class, many think they are impervious to the violence cops exhibit to non white members of this society. It wasn't til I was threatened in LA by a cop did I realize how dangerous they really are.
