I think West Virginia is in, as they were number 3 and number 1 lost. No more games left. Missouri didn't beat Oklahoma the first time they played and I think OU has the jinx on them. Ohio State is in if Missouri loses, but only then. Many BCS people think they let them down last year.

Hawaii has yet to play anyone. Hopefully they will draw a good team in a bowl game (OU, USC, Florida) and it will be fun to watch. As they say on tv, it's hard to judge how good a team is when they play in a Junior Varsity league.
