MOVE: 3.76, Cash per share 3.04, Stock price 3.76. A fortress balance sheet, but it is very out of favor. A dot-com that serves real estate agents, recently exited the mortgage lead generation business, and has downsized. Its IPO in 1999 was underwritten by Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan. The stock cratered in 2001, limped back up, then fell this year. It is heavily shorted, which makes me wonder if there's something going on, besides negative momentum, that I didn't notice in my 30-second look.
