Yesterday, I and came across a little gem from someone at Intel talking about a large order pending for DUV equipment from two Japanese companies on a usenet news group. Now, I can't find it any more. Do you think this could be for their new line? If they are ordering it now, wouldn't that be a real plus for 4th quarter?

If anyone else sees it, please post. I thought it was interesting because the writer didn't mention Cymer but did mention deep ultraviolet equipment.
