Brent,

It's that CEO stuff with SBAM which bugs me, although I see a lot of room for potential growth. The heavy volume has been interesting, although the price swings thus far have been far more downward than upward since
I started following more closely. However, with all of the info out as of late and mention of involvement with 2 restaurants they sound like they either are going to grow quickly or spread too thin and die, or just falter. The management
sounds like a crafty bunch, so I figure you can't go wrong with a few shares, as the potential upside is a lot more than the risk if you don't buy too much. I decided to jump in for a small portion the other day, too, so we'll just have to wait and see if we both
hit water on the way in or not. Hope we have good news to discuss over the next few weeks.
Thanks for the info about PM and OD. OD interests me more, as I still can't bring myself to buy anything related to causing death and illness as directly as tobacco companies, even for a profit. Don't worry ...the moral character isn't necessarily that high
in all areas. OD sounds like they have a lot of room for growth over the next 12 months, with expansion throughout the world, including Japan in '97. They had a big share pricedrop in july(who didn't?), and seem to be starting to rebound, although still only just
over half of what they were 1 year ago. Their 1q and 2q earnings per share were no different than in '95, but earnings in general have continued to grow nicely. I thought I saw that the 2q earnings were announced 7/15, though, so that would leave this quarterly
earning announcement til 10/15 I would think. How would definitive earnings be known yet? Although back to school guesses couldn't be bad! Do you know if the quarterly earnings are to be announced at a different date than I just referred to? I'm not sure how
accurate my info is.
BTW, wasn't accusing you of gambling, although realistically I guess that's what we're all doing. Your approach has been nothing but sound from all that I see. Shorting INVN should work well for you.
Glad to hear Federov had a good game, but everybody knows that real ice hockey now is only played in Panther-land! Hoping that all that RAIN will form lots of sheets of ice to play on when they open at Sawgrass Mills, as well.

Regards,

Marshall
