It's unlikely. I believe the worst is over for VSVR so 15 is
obtainable in a few weeks or even sooner.
VSVR will do well with its new COO who has a very good reputation
at PCTL from what I heard.

I may consider to add VSVR to my position if fund is available.

P.S. BTW, the chart shows positive volume for the past few days.
