I didn't see that page, but I got to the library through this page: secstate.wa.gov

I emailed the 'ask a librarian' link and got a very kind and helpful response. When I went to the library myself, they gave me everything I needed.

It would be great if these things could all be digitized because microfilm is pretty limited for widespread use.

The genealogy microfilms are in the same general area as the ones I researched, and you use the same readers. They are a little tricky, but I learned how to use them pretty fast.
