OVTI buy at $19.6 IMO, OVTI put in a cup and handle pattern in september. The stock took off but since then has fallen back into the pivot range. stockcharts.com we shall see this thursday, if this pattern fulfils. PS A large percentage of cup and handle breakouts return to test their pivot price.
