"Tell me what you consider to be a stupid post. And let me remind you, not agreeing with you doesn't necessarily mean its a stupid post."

Oh...how about when you bring up scurvy in the context of your silly ketchup vs. salsa debate. Scurvy is caused by a lack of vitamin C. Never mind that standard ketchup has almost 4 times as much vitamin C as standard salsa.....Then there was you connecting Reagan with the Shah even though the Shah was dead before Reagan became President (combjelly finally admitted that you were wrong about that one but you never did)....and on and on and on and on....

As for Reagan, there are many who believe that Reagan sold weapons to Iran on the sly in order to keep Iran in the Iraq-Iran war as long as possible so it would go down in defeat. Now if the Shah were in power, do you really think Reagan would have done such a thing? Do you think of the Shah were in power the Reagan administration would have been enabling Saddam to get WMDs? What's silly is that you can't see the forest for the trees.....CJ's comments notwithstanding:

"Members of the Reagan Administration claim they believed that by selling arms to Iran, Iran would influence the Hezbollah kidnappers in Lebanon to release their hostages. At the time, Iran was in the midst of the Iran-Iraq War and could find few western nations willing to supply it with weapons.[10] The sale of arms would also, according to National Security Adviser Robert McFarlane, improve strained relations with Iran.[1] However, some say that actually,[weasel word sentence] the US was interested in the continued war between Iran and Iraq, which would soon end in Iran's defeat if Iran did not get new weapons supplies. Israel's involvement in the arms transactions suggests that this view was shared by Israel, for good reason. In the Israeli view, as long as Iran and Iraq were fighting each other, they would not be involved in war with Israel. For these reasons, weapons were illegally transferred to Iran."

As for my comments about scurvy and ricketts, I was well aware of the vitamin content of ketchup. My point was that there are diseases caused by poor nutrition. That's why its imperative that kids get the best food. I can't believe I have to explain every little nauance to you. I recognize you are an inferior intellect but sometimes it feels like feeding pablum to a baby.
