Yeah, it took years to get here. But the problem is that the market for our bonds is drying up as we speak.

And I am only shooting down spending cuts as the only way to approach the problem.

Which is why we only have a short period of time. Yes, spending cuts will need to be made. But that takes time.

You have a peculiar attitude. Because it took years to get into trouble, we need to only consider plans that will take years to solve the problem.
