It's been moving with NOVL for the last few weeks at almost exactly 4 times whatever NOVL is trading at. I wonder if it's just a rumor this time? Up on large volume. Might be an interesting ride. Sure would like to see some news. TA specialists on NOVL thread say if NOVL breaks through 10.5, it should go to 12-13. Any thoughts?
