Well, it looks like we should know at Comdex whether or not SyQuest's new not-officially-announced-announcement is real or not. From Herb Greenberg, SF Chronicle, "Syquest officials declined comment, saying that the [unnamed in the article] product will be rolled out at the computer industry's Comdex show in several weeks."

Skeptical on Syquest, but if IBM can pull itself up from the ashes, anything can happen.
