We're making too much of politicians' religious faith.


Thanks for the Noonan article. Yes, I had already read it and agree with it. I don't post much here as I try not to be, at least publicly, overly opinionated about most issues. Our country's level of civility is deteriorating. Too many people are becoming too opinionated about too many issues. Excessive partisanship in politics is an example that touches all of us in one way or another.

A lot of people need to back off, take a deep breath, and spend more time listening to others to better understand their points of view and attitudes. Remember, a man convinced against his will is of the same opinion still.
