Not long, not short, just amazed..... I was looking into buying SBUX in January. Looking into their numbers I made my little discovery. My motivation in telling people about it is my own education. I'm, one, amazed that Starbucks is doing this; two, amazed their getting away with it; and three, amazed nobody else realizes what's going on. I'm trying to figure out a way to profit from the inevitable collapse that is sure to come without stepping in front of this freight train. Maybe something involving options would be best. Every pyramid scheme collapses when not enough new suckers can be found. The exponential growth of the expansion ensures that this will occur. In the meantime, the scheme can run if nobody knows (or cares about!) the truth. But it will collapse! Don't blame the messenger folks.
