The audio field has always been "competitive" but it is not the source of past or current pressure on CREAF's bottom line. Audio on the MB is not new in any way, shape or form. Virtually every PC shipped has some form of audio on it (What do you think makes the little "BEEP" when you power up?). CREAF has had a MB solution for years that has done "OK", but these operations have improved dramatically and you'll see the results soon. And 150% of their problems in 1996 were due to CD-ROM drive. BTW Annual Reports are nothing more than marketing documents and that one is a year old. It's not where they've been but where they're going than counts.
