You mean the USA is surrendering in Iraq???? Whoda thunk! P.S. What's there to negotiate? Just get out! No need to discuss much. Just hop on the Bus Gus and set yourself free. Incidentally only the war criminals cite the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq as being a continuation of the Gulf War and associated UNSC resolutions. The original UNSC resolutions did NOT give the USA authorization to invade Iraq and occupy it. Nor did it give authorization for regime change.
